Ekene is a core member of our Corporate/Commercial Practice Group, with experience in corporate governance, labour and employment law, regulatory compliance, company secretarial practice, and infrastructure. She regularly advises clients on foreign participation, divestment, acquisitions, oil and gas law issues, intellectual property, immigration, and pending legislation. She also represents clients in court in matters involving these issues.
